You can collect your online purchases in-store if the item is available at the preferred store. Select Pick up during your check-out process. You will receive a notification via your registered email account when your order is ready for pick up at our Raffles City /Great World/ Headquarter. Please present your Order Confirmation Receipt to collect your merchandise.
What do I do if there's no option to select Local Pick Up for my order?
You can still check out your order and select Free Shipping Via Ninjavan. Leave a note to indicate your preferred store to pick up. We will manage it manually, send it to the store, and notify you when it is ready to pick up.
Singapore Local Delivery
SGD$4.99 delivery fee applies for orders that fall below SGD$50 to all addressees in Singapore in 2-4 working days after received the order online. (Excluding public holiday and Sunday) .
