Shipping & Delivery

Local Pickup @ Raffles City Store or Paragon Store

You can collect your online purchases in-store if the item is available at the preferred store. Select Pick up during your check-out process. You will receive a notification via your registered email account when your order is ready for pick up at our Raffles City Store/Paragon Store. Please present your Order Confirmation Receipt to collect your merchandise.

 

What do I do if there's no option to select Local Pick Up for my order? 

You can still check out your order and select Free Shipping Via Ninjavan. Leave a note to indicate your preferred store to pick up. We will manage it manually, send it to the store, and notify you when it is ready to pick up. 

 

Singapore Local Delivery

SGD$4.99 delivery fee applies for orders that fall below SGD$50 to all addressees in Singapore in 2-4 working days after received the order online. (Excluding public holiday and Sunday) .

Free shipping with a minimum of SGD$50 and above to all addressee in Singapore. We will prepare the order in 2-4 working days after receiving the order online. (Excluding public holiday and Sunday)

Next Working Day Singapore Local Delivery

You can also opt for an express next working day delivery with a fee of SGD$15.

 

International Delivery

Flat delivery fees on different zones with a minimum purchase in 5 - 20 days after received the order online. 

  • Southeast Asia ( Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam) Free Shipping with a minimum purchase of SGD$80. Flat shipping fees of SGD$15 applies for the order that falls below. 
  • Asia ( China, Hongkong, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea) Free Shipping with minimum purchase of SGD$180. Flat shipping fees of SGD$25 applies for the order that falls below. 
  • Australia/ New Zealand- Free Shipping with a minimum purchase of SGD$250. Flat shipping fees of SGD$35 applies for the order that falls below. 
  • Rest of the world- Free Shipping with a minimum purchase of SGD$280. Flat shipping fees of SGD$50 apply for the order that falls below.  
  • Delivery fees exclude import taxes. 

 

How To Check Delivery Status? 

  •  After you have completed your order, you will receive an order receipt. You will receive an automatic tracking number via SMS/ email sent after your order is shipped.
