SABRINAGOH MyReward Points Expiry Policy
Starting January 1, 2025, all SABRINAGOH reward points will expire 365 days after they are earned. This expiration policy is designed to encourage regular engagement with our loyalty program, ensuring fair access to rewards for all members.

1. Why do loyalty points expire?
Answer: The expiration policy ensures a balanced and active loyalty system, allowing us to continually provide exclusive rewards and offers to our dedicated members.
2. When do my points expire?
Answer: Points expire 12 months from the date they are earned. For example, points earned in January 2024 will expire at the end of January 2025.
3. How can I earn points besides purchasing?
Answer: In addition to earning points for purchases, you can also gain points through other activities, including:
• Bring your own bag
• Subscribe newsletter
• Following us on social media (Instagram, Facebook).
• Writing a product review after a purchase.
• Referring friends to join the SABRINAGOH Loyalty Program.
Note: Points for these activities will be credited to your account within 48 hours.
4. How can I track my points and expiry dates?
Answer: Log into your account on sabrinagoh.com and visit the MyRewards Program section at the right bottom to see your current points balance and expiration dates.
5. Will I receive notifications before my points expire?
Answer: Yes, we’ll send you a reminder email or SMS one month before your points are due to expire, so you have time to redeem them.
6. Can I extend the expiration date of my points?
Answer: Yes, if your points are nearing expiration, you can extend them for 365 days by purchasing a $4.99 extension from our website. This extension will also add new points to your account. However, we encourage you to redeem your points within the original 12-month period.
7. Can I transfer my points to someone else?
Answer: Points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder.
8. What if I forget to redeem my points and they expire?
Answer: Once points expire, they cannot be reinstated. Be sure to redeem your points before the expiration date to enjoy your rewards.
