- How do i make an exchange & return for my purchase online?
1. Singapore online purchase
We accept exchange and refund only on clothing regular priced item(s) within 14 days after purchase through mail returns or exchange via our store @ Raffles City with your original receipt. If you would like to exchange size or style, please email to our customer service to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exchange only made available if the size or style is available. Otherwise, you can choose to exchange with another design. Please note the delivery fees of exchanging item is borne by shipper.
After received your return item in original packaging with the tag on, unwashed, unaltered, unworn with the original receipt and payment slip, then we will arrange to ship out the item for exchange.
In the event that the item is unable to exchange or due to damage or defect, we will refund and the process will take 7-14days after the day of return.
2. International purchase
We accept exchange and refund on clothing regular priced item(s) only within 30 days of purchase through mail returns only. Please email to our customer service to email@example.com for exchange and refund matters.
3. Store credit
All exchange will be done in the form of store credit. You can use the store credit to exchange the item via online or in our store @ Raffles City. Please note that balance credit will not be refunded if the exchange item price is lower. However, you can use the credit to purchase anything in store or online in future.
4. Sale Item
Sale item is strictly not exchangeable and not refundable. Please make sure you have select the right item before you check out.
5. Face mask
Due to hygiene concerns, face mask is strictly not exchangeable and not refundable. Please make sure you have select the right item before you check out.
