1. Why do reward points expire?
As the system upgraded, the expiration policy ensures a balanced and active loyalty system, allowing us to continually provide exclusive rewards and offers to our regular members.
2. When do my points expire?
Points expire 365 days from your last purchase. For example, points earned in 1 January 2024 will expire at the end of 1 January 2025.
3. How can I earn points besides purchasing?
In addition to earning points for purchases, you can also gain points through other activities, including:
- Creating an account on our website or app.
- Following us on social media (Instagram, Facebook).
- Sharing or tagging us in your social media posts.
- Writing a product review after a purchase.
Note: Points for these activities will be automatic credited to your account once action completed. To receive the updates, you must turn on email subscription.
4. How can I track my points and expiry dates?
Log into your account on our website or app and visit the MyRewards Program section to see your current points balance and expiration dates.
5. Will I receive notifications before my points expire?
Yes, you will receive a reminder email before your points are set to expire, giving you time to redeem them. Ensure you are subscribed to our newsletter under MyRewards to receive these updates.
6. Can I extend the expiration date of my points?
You can extend the points by purchasing the extension for just $4.99 for 365 days here. However, we encourage you to redeem them within the 12-month period.
7. What happens if I return a purchase made with points?
If you return an item purchased using loyalty points, the points will be re-credited to your account if the return meets our policy terms.
8. Can I transfer my points to someone else?
Points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder.
9. What if I forget to redeem my points and they expire?
Once points expire, they cannot be reinstated. Be sure to redeem your points before the expiration date to enjoy your rewards.
