How to shop

1.  Sign up or Log in to your account

You are required to sign up with your personal details before checking out if you are not yet a registered customer. If you are a registered customer, simply log in to your account to start shopping.

Use the upper buttons to help you find what you are looking for. Once you have found an item you wish to purchase, select your size and color, if applicable, click on the add to cart button underneath each item.

Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the shopping cart button at the top of the page. You can remove the item to delete items from your shopping bag. Click on check out to proceed to payment and complete your order.

An order confirmation will be sending to your email/ SMS to your phone number. 

2. Can’t log in to my account? 

If you registered your account before 13 Jun 2018, you are required to register a new account again. 

3. Forgotten Password

If you have forgotten your password, click here and we will email you a new password.

4. I have a membership account signed in retail stores, is the account link with online store?

The membership account in the retail store and online store is not linked yet. Hence you will need to create an account online if you want to buy from the online store. 

5. Can I use my rewards point online? Or only in retail stores?

The reward points only can use in stores. The online store is not able to access the reward points earned in stores. However, the purchase from online stores will credit to the member's account, rewards point will accumulate. It will take around 7-14 days to reflect the system in retail stores. 

6. Using of Promo Code

From time to time we run offers using promotional codes. You could enjoy the discount just simply by following these steps.

  • Type in the code in the promotional code box on your shopping bag summary page and click apply.
  • Check that your discount has been applied under the order summary on the payment page and then click continue to shipping method.
  • Complete your order by continue to payment method.

7. Local Pickup @ Raffles City Store 

You can collect your online purchases in store. Simply select Pick up during your check out process. You will receive a notification via your registered email account when your order is ready for pick up at our Raffles City Store. Please present your Order Confirmation Receipt to collect your merchandise.

8. Delivery Matters

a) Singapore :

  • SGD3.99 delivery fee applies for orders that falls below SGD40 to all addressee in Singapore in 2-4 working days after received order online. (Excluding public holiday and Sunday) 
  • Free shipping with minimum purchase of SGD40 and above to all addressee in Singapore in 2-4 working days after received order online. (Excluding public holiday and Sunday)  

b) International :

  • Flat delivery fees on different zones with a min. purchase in 5 - 20 days after received order online. 
  • Southeast Asia ( Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam) Free Shipping with minimum purchase of SGD80. Flat shipping fees of SGD15 applies for order that falls below. 
  • Asia ( China, Hongkong, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea) Free Shipping with minimum purchase of SGD180. Flat shipping fees of SGD25 applies for order that falls below. 
  • Australia/ New Zealand-  Free Shipping with minimum purchase of SGD250. Flat shipping fees of SGD30 applies for order that falls below. 
  • Rest of the world- Free Shipping with minimum purchase of SGD280. Flat shipping fees of SGD50 applies for order that falls below.  
  • Delivery fees exclude import taxes. 

9. How To Check Delivery Status? 

  •  After you have completed your order, you will receive an order receipt. You will receive an automatic tracking number via SMS/ email sent after your order is shipped.
